On August , 2011, the Honourable Sat Chellahs María Nilda Cerf Arbulú and José Miguel Esborronda Andrade arrived to the Dr. David Juan Ferriz Olivares House of Culture for their month long stay in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
It was a month full of a wide range of activities which included: multiple conferences, meditation workshops, relaxation workshops, cooking classes, and various meetings with the delegates of the Magna Fraternitas Universalis Foundation of Canada, U.S.A. and Puerto Rico.
Amongst the conferences that took place was: "How to Manage Stress and Anxiety" taking place in the “North Hamilton Community Health Centre” on August 17th, 2011 in the city of Hamilton and in "Accents on Eglinton Bookstore" on August 30th, 2011 in the city of Toronto. Many came in search for a more balanced life and found another world and the hope of a better world, with practical and concrete elements. As the wise Honourable Sat Chellahs Maria Nilda Cerf Arbulú and José Miguel Esborronda Andrade taught us, much of our anxiety can stem from what we eat; to much sugars, not enough fruits and vegetables, the combinations of certain foods and not having a vegetarian lifestyle. As well much of our anxiety stems from not having a mission in life, not knowing the reason of our existence and not finding our TALENT, defined as when we find the way to unite our potentials with the need of society. Not only does the Magna Fraternitas Universalis work for this but as well, in particular, our sister foundation, the ELIC Foundation (Free Schools of Scientific Research for Children).
On August 27th, the Leader of the Magna Fraternitas Universalis ran their internationally-renowned meditation workshops at the “Martial Arts Karate School” in 672 Fennel Ave, Hamilton, Canada. This meditation is based upon the teaching of Maester Dr. Serge Raynaud de la Ferrière and Maester Dr. David Juan Ferriz Olivares. Participants learn to concentrate better and even come in a form of union with the topics that were being meditated upon.
On August 31st, the House of Culture had the honour of having the Honourable Sat Chellahs, lead the Original Vegetarian Cooking Workshop. This was not your every-day cooking class, but something totally different. As Maester Dr. David Juan Ferriz Olivares wrote in the The Retirement of the Maester Dr. Serge Raynaud de al Ferrière, "Nutrition and Culture, the basis of evolution". And this cooking class united the two. Participants not only gained new and truly healthy vegetarian recipes, but as well a new vision in life. The food was delicious, all the participants enjoyed it quite a bit, and the lessons that were gained were one of a kind.
Many more activities occurred such as cosmobiology workshops, cultural activities, and even a visit to the Art Gallery of Ontario.
The activities truly impacted and changed many of the participants. The Canadian Delegation of the Magna Fraternitas Universalis Foundation was truly honoured and continues its international work in the cities of Hamilton and Toronto.
