Toronto, Canada- On January 21st, 2012 the Dr David Juan Ferriz Olivares House of Culture held a Cinema Forum with the movie Stranger than Fiction (2006). In this movie, the main character begins to hear his whole life being narrated to him, as he is living it! But this soon turns to a problematic situation when he learns about his imminent death. This soon takes another twist when the main character meets the narrator of his life!
Participants of the event began to analyze the interaction displayed in the movie between destiny and free will. This soon turned into a more profound discussion when the topics of cooperation, having a purpose and mission in life and the need of analysing our life, in a more profound an symbolic way arose.
